Information for disabled supporters

 Dear Supporters,

We cordially welcome all disabled football fans visiting the Puskás Arena for the matches of the Hungarian national football teams.

Please note that only the first level of the Puskás Arena offers full accessibility! This level can be easily accessed by disabled fans and ones with limited mobility (e.g. recovering from surgery) via a lift or ramp. The second and third level are not fully accessible; and can only be reached by stairs.

Please note that disabled supporters and supporters with reduced mobility can buy tickets for specially adapted seating. These are seats for wheelchair users and attendants accompanying them, as well as light seating. These seats are accessible without the use of stairs, with more space between the seats and easier access to the restrooms.

Lightweight seating is particularly recommended for fans using crutches. Our experience has shown that our supporters with crutches often have difficulty climbing stairs and accessing non-specialised seating for the general public.

1. Tickets for disabled fans for reduced mobility seats and specially adapted seating

There is a special seat for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility, and a seat for an attendant in the auditorium. Supporters in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility must be accompanied by an attendant. Wheelchair or mobility-impaired seating is available free of charge, and companion seating is available on purchase of the lowest priced ticket. Wheelchair or mobility-impaired seating is available in the first floor cloisters above the 100-section stands.

Please note that tickets for wheelchair users or persons with reduced mobility are only available to authorised persons! To apply for a ticket, click HERE.

Please note that orders will not be processed immediately, but will be processed no later than the week before the match. When the order is processed, a link will be sent with the contents of the basket of tickets. Through this link, it will be possible to add names to wheelchair / mobility-impaired and accompanying tickets. It is important to note that if the accompanying ticket is not purchased together with the wheelchair ticket, the wheelchair ticket will be invalidated and you will not be able to attend the match!

We would also like to inform you that it is not possible to collect points with a wheelchair ticket / ticket with limited mobility and the accompanying ticket!.

The stadium can also be accessed from Dózsa György út via Gate VI, from where you can take the E or B lifts to the first floor cloisters of the Arena.

Support for disabled and visually impaired fans on site

Please refer to the attached map sketches and look out for the blue flags with the restricted access pictogram directly on the roundabout surrounding the Arena!

A team of volunteers will be on hand from the time the gates open until the end of the match and until the time you leave to support disabled supporters in their match experience. They can be found at Gate XI, between Gates F and A, between Gates C and D and at Lifts B and E.

On request, our volunteers will put fans with limited mobility into a wheelchair and push them to the designated entry point.

Please feel free to contact them if you need any assistance!
